About the proprietor
My name is Michael Walters. I live in Berkeley Springs, WV. I have been working the Information Technology field since 2001. I worked 12 years in IT in my former federal government job. Most of that time was spent administering Windows servers from versions NT 4.0 all the way to Server 2008. During that time, I spent a few years as an apprentice in the network department, where I worked mainly with cabling and network switches. I also gained invaluable working knowledge of the PC side of the Windows operating systems. In 2015 & 2016 I spent a nine-month stint working as a desktop support tech for Wyndham Vacation & Rentals. Since 2019, I have been doing IT work for the state of WV. I also have experience in SOHO networking, Wifi configuration, and flat-screen TV repair.
I don’t have a storefront, as I don’t sell any retail products. I work out of my home and only provide services. I will come to your house or business if necessary. I can also connect to your computer via the Internet, with your permission, if your problem does not prevent that.
